My entry level 2 x 5W 4 ohms Bluetooth speaker, Basic but not cheap - PART 1

What I will build is this one, This will make a nice birthday gift :

base inspiration from this Chinese Brand Jiteng Jt088. , and others DIY project around internet.

Specs are :

CSR8645 Amplifier Board 5W+5W, Bluetooth 4

The integrated amplifier is the HT6872, low energy consumption

1.40W (VDD=3.6V, RL=4Ω, THD+N=10%) 

2.80W (VDD=5.0V, RL=4Ω, THD+N=10%) 

4.70W (VDD=6.5V, RL=4Ω, THD+N=10%) 

We will powered it @ 6.5V to get maximum output.

Passive membrane

Tweeter, just for fun PTMini-6 - DAYTON AUDIO, It is awesome, I just love it.

Speakers, that I found months ago on TAOBAO.com, they are surprisingly good from my previous testing.

And all other internal components which are

    - Step up module

    - 18650 Battery

    - LC filter

    - Little crossover

    - micro USB charging board

    - On / Off Button

    - Acrylic panels front & rear, plywood for the central part.

My cutting files, ready to press on fire button !

Still not sure If I permanently seal the box, or add screws to open it, in case the battery needs to be change in the future.
